Challenge Cup 2018

Congratulations to our girls a very close game
The 2018 Challenge Cup was held at Davistown RSL Bowling Club on Monday 17th September.  There were 20 entries from the clubs throughout the Central Coast.    Teams of 4 selected players whose eligibility was that they played in Grade 4 Pennants or were equivalent grade players.    Two games were played and the winners were decided on  Wins, Ends, Margins and then if necessary aggregate scores.
Winners:    Bateau Bay      2 wins, 18 ends, margin 18
Mary Farriguia, Barbara Hallstrom, Elsie Felice, Desley Stephenson
Runners up:   The Entrance    2 wins, 15 ends, margin 11.
Mary Walsh, Susan Thiedeman, Michelle McNeill, Kathryn Leeson
Everglades also had the same results so it then went to the aggregate scores of which The Entrance had a higher score.     Very close.
Congratulations to all these ladies and to all who played in this event.
